Entities allow you to set up multiple issuers for your transactions and graphically customize each of them, to send a transaction request on behalf of one of your several:
- brands,
- business units,
- subsidiaries,
- services,
- departments.
Consequently, it allows you to customize your participant’s signature process.
Note that you can have a maximum of 20 issuing entities per workspace (excluding the workspace itself).
Upon workspace creation, a workspace entity is automatically created and set as Default entity.
To manage your entities, access the Administration space, then the Entities section.
Add a new entity
By creating an entity, you can customize your participants’ signature processes by defining:
- logo (only JPEG and PNG formats are accepted and size must not exceed 2MB),
- name,
- display preferences,
- sms.
Note: To guarantee high quality resolution, your logo dimensions should be 300px x 72px.
Once you create an entity, you can define it as Default entity.
Update an entity
You can update an entity by editing all parameters except for the name.
Remove/disable an entity
You can remove all entities except for the workspace entity. However, the workspace entity can be disabled.
Note that if you remove a Default entity, you need to set another one.
