If you are a member with admin rights, you can set workspace preferences via the Preferences section in the Administration space.
Transaction preferences
Set private mode
A transaction is public by default, which means it can be seen by anyone with access to the folder in which the transaction is stored. It is possible to limit the transaction access to the transaction creator and members with admin rights only, by switching the transaction into private mode.
If active, this feature allows you to create private transactions by default.

By default, a private live transaction can be made public. However, you can lock the private mode, which prevents transaction creators from making a private live transaction public (either from the transaction dashboard or from the transaction editor).
Send signed documents to reviewers
By defaut, when a transaction is completed, only its creator, signers, viewers and emails added in CC receive signed documents. It is possible to send signed documents to reviewers as well.
If active, this feature allows you to send signed documents to reviewers once the transaction is completed.
Note that activation has no effect on ongoing transactions.

Set default expiration delay
By default, a transaction expiration delay is set to 14 days. It is possible to set a custom expiration delay (in days) that applies by default to all transactions to be created.
Note that expiration delay value must not exceed 60 (or 180 if long term transactions feature is activated on your workspace).

Deactivate personal contacts
By default, every workspace member can see his personal contacts in the Personal contacts sections.
When deactivated, this feature allows you to display only shared contacts to your workspace members (if the shared contact feature is already activated on your workspace).
Deactivate personal contact creation by default
By default, a new contact is created as personal contact. You can deactivate this option in your workspace preferences, if you want new contacts to be automatically shared with all workspace members (if the shared contact feature is already activated on your workspace).
Note that you can’t activate this option if the Activate personal contacts option is not activated.
