Once completed, a transaction is automatically archived and can no longer be edited.
Note that archiving a transaction can take a few minutes.

Archives dashboard
You can access your archived transactions from your Archives dashboard and:
- display and filter all archived transactions,
- search among all you archived transactions,
- download your evidence file (requester copy),
- remove documents from an archived transaction,
- access archived transaction details,
- export archived transactions to CSV format.
Archives details
From your dashboard, click on an archived transaction to access its details.
The archives details displays:
- information related to the transaction: folder, language, sending and closing dates,
- participants timelines.
From your archives details you can as well:
- download signed documents,
- download evidence file (requester copy),
- download the unsigned version of documents,
- remove documents from the archived transaction.
Note that when a document is removed from an archive, it is also removed from the completed transaction that displays in the transactions dashboard, and vice versa.
