The Master Console is a space where you can monitor and manage all your workspaces.
To access a Master Console, you need first to contact your account manager at Universign. S/he will create a Master Account on your behalf and grant you the role of Master Admin. This role allows you to:
- access your Master Console,
- manage all members and workspaces linked to your Master Console,
- access all workspaces linked to your Master Console,
- create new workspaces,
- monitor your linked workspaces’ consumption and billing.
Once invited by your account manager at Universign, you can access your Master Console by using the link received by email.
Tip: Assign at least another Master Admin. If one of the Master Admins leaves or becomes unavailable, the remaining one will still have full access to the Master Console.
