From the left sidebar of your workspace, you can access the Find a certificate section. This section allows you to verify whether a certificate exists or not.
Before finding a certificate, ensure that the Certificate creation feature is activated on your workspace.
To find a certificate, you must provide at least the participant’s email.
You can refine your search by entering:
- the full name,
- the mobile number,
- the certificate level.
