Seals

When you seal a document, you create an electronic signature associated with a legal entity (a moral person). This process contributes to securing your organisation’s signed documents. Universign qualified seal is legally recognised and complies with the European regulation (eIDAS).

It ensures the integrity of a document, date and time based on Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) with no possible modification from there.

Seals can be used to sign a wide range of documents, including:

  • invoices,
  • quotes,
  • diplomas,
  • intellectual property documents,
  • expense reports,
  • financial reports, and more.
